Managed services means that instead of the typically break and fix model, we actively shape your IT environment and actively seek to keep you up to date with patches, updated, configuration changes, active monitoring, backups, planning and more.

We price managed services very simply. You pay per employee and that price includes all of their devices (desktop, laptop, phone, tablet) and then add any other a la carte items you may need. Many companies price this differently with a per device model, but we feel the per person model is much more reasonable way of handling this given the way people work today. A la carte items include servers, storage devices, printers, rogue computers, A/V equipment and cloud storage.
